Decided to order lunch from this location recently and was disappointed because my fries seemed to be bottom of the fryer, just really small bits. Figured it would be a one time thing since I’ve never had that happen before and decided onto give it another shot , same thing, a fry container FULL of the smallest fry bits? Found one or two whole fries and the rest is what was pictured. Never experienced this from any other location and very strange that it’s happened twice now

We ordered thru the app. It was easy and we didn't have to wait long. We were even able to order lunch items at 9:30am. Our server brought it out to us. She was very sweet. The food was hot and delicious.

My granddaughter and I attend story/project time every Wednesday morning and we love it! Avery, I believe her name is.. the young blond who reads the story, is amazing! She remembers every kids name when they walk through the door. She interacts with the kids and they love her! She’s always in a good mood and willing to help. She and her team come up with lots of neat projects!Everyone we come across is nice and willing to help and take care of the customers. Great customer service!

My mother and I went through the drive through. The staff wasn’t very engaging however, the order was a quick one ! When we received our food, we were elated however the hash browns were hard and dry as rocks. We were dissatisfied and disappointed. The quality of service and food is dwindling in certain establishments of Chick-fil-a.Update : My last review was valid due to our stale hash brown bites but I wanted to come here and say AVERY IS AWESOME. She had great customer service, nothing like her peers from my previous visit. Also, when asked for hot fries, they delivered. She really brightened my day with her great personality and friendly service. My food tasted 10x better so 5 stars to Avery and 4 stars to my overall experience at this particular Chick-Fil-A. YOU GO GIRL!!!!

At first the serving amount was not enough but the taste is great. Enjoy the atmosphere of this place better yet every chick-fil-la we have entered. Very tasty food and fruit. Workers are always knowledgeable of there menu

Good food. Carried my meal out to my car because they had messed up on my last two orders. A manager was exiting the building while I carried one bag and two drinks behind her. She looked over her shoulder right at me into my eyes, then opened the two doors and let both of them close on me while my hands were full. Good food. Great tea. Happy employees. But honestly, since I have to go in to verify my order and had a manager let go of the doors on me, I won't be back to this particular location. I sure do miss living in Atlanta where customer service is so much better.

the young girl grace in the drive thru was the sweetest !! very menu knowledgeable and served us quickly but not rushed. felt very personal and genuine. always love coming to see her!!

Watched the manager/owner get verbally assaulted by a short man Karen for how he parked. (Manager was not blocking parking spaces or anyone. It was not a big deal. ) The manager stayed calm, respectful, and handled the whole situation well, even though man Karen was trying to cause a scene. Service and food were also impeccable! We will be back.

It's the spot for b-fast, catch a chicken biscuit and a coffee. Have not had a bad chicken sandwich from here yet. Orders always right and out in a timely manner. Makes a good stop between service calls with there fast service

Decided to try this place, I've never had Chick-fil-A. Gotta say, I don't see what the hype is about. Spicy chicken sandwich, chicken was burned and dry, tasted like fried in old oil, waffle fries were soft and little soggy. Salad was basic, grilled chicken had absolutely no flavor. Place wasn't even that busy. Don't know if off day, but for first visit, was not impressed.

Customer service was excellent, but service took to long had to wait in the car park for just the sandwiches not combo, the deluxe I had was a bit dry and the veggies was not fresh .

Not very thrilled with our experience. The tables were very dirty, the chicken on the chicken biscuit was super little, mostly fried breading. Then the hash browns were extremely oily and already cold. The one good thing was the service a young lady provided when we walked in.

Raw chicken was given to me in all 5 meals. I spent $47 for raw chicken apparently. Spoke with management and twice was told they would follow up with me. Never did. Won't ever return.

It's like any other Chic-fil-A, the customer service and food is great, and they're fast.However, if I was being picky, I would say that it is a little annoying that they don't have ketchups out on the floor for customers to get. You have to ask anytime you want something. I've never been to a Chic-fil-A that doesn't have ketchup openly available.For carryout, I'm pretty sure they only work on your order until you actually say that you're there in person. Technically a good thing, because it means that your food will be more fresh. But this also defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time online; most people want to just walk in, grab their food and go. I've also had to wait a decent 5 minutes for orders sometimes, which again, is the reason that some people order carryout online; to avoid the wait. They seem to be hesitant to just leave food on the carryout shelf. Keep in mind again that this is just me being picky. They're still very fast with most orders.On more than two occasions I've also had to provide really specific details when picking up my ordering instead of simply giving my name and getting my order without any more questions asked. I've even had to show them my actual app for some reason. Not a big deal, but I think the greater point with this location is that they seem to not trust their own customers very well when looking back at everything as a whole. Maybe something to keep in mind.Also the trash cans outside are always full to the brim.

Bought food on the way home from work. Got it home, and they had forgotten my nuggets. I had to drive 20 min back into town, and they just gave me the nuggets. No apology, no free milkshake for my wait. Nothing. I'm just saying that if yall messed up, you should make me feel better about your mistake. Chick-fil-a doesn't usually mess up orders. In the past, they have gone above and beyond to make it right. What has happened to chick fil a? This is the reason I frequent this establishment. Because they go above and beyond. They DID NOT this time.

Food was great and great service very polite staff

It sad to say out of all of the chick fila's we have ever visited, this has to be the least clean we have visited. Food all over 80 percent of the empty tables, trash sticking out of the top of trashcans. Sticky substance all over the floor. It's sad to see that a usually clean establishment and chain resturant has such a bad cleanliness problem. It's sad to imagine what the kitchen looks like if this is how the dinning room is maintained.

Went through the drive through and got an extremely flat Dr Pepper . Was told it would be 10 mins for Mac and cheese . I asked what the equivalent was to the price bc I didn’t want to wait . Was offered a medium fries . feel like for the inconvenience I should have been offered at least a large . And no spicy chicken. This sucked

Ordered breakfast around 9:50, sat down and a couple was next to us had ordered lunch. Employee told them they ordered lunch during breakfast time, was waiting on a grill to cook since breakfast and lunch is cooked separately. They finally got their food about 30 minutes later, almost 20 minutes went and we still did not have our food. Wife went up to ask and was told basically same thing other couple was told since it was now past 10 and they are serving lunch. Why not get all the breakfast orders out but hey that's just me, we also waited almost 30 minutes for our food. We was going to run into Kroger for a couple items after we ate, however due to them taking so much time we had to go back home for a conference call I had then back to town. Young black manager with colored hair was rude to wife, lobby was dirty and syrup on table which made for a sticky situation. Not planning on returning to this location!

Went through the drive-thru, the person taking my order was polite and cheerful. Amazingly, they were out of strips, no big deal I was able to get nuggets instead. I love the efficient way the whole drive-thru operates.

This one does not have caffeine-free diet co*ke like the other one does.
