I have tried this Salon 4 times getting the same terrible results. Terrible customer service the staff is unfriendly. My nail tech cut me 3 times pretty badly and tried gluing my skin to stop the bleeding which stung bad. No nail polish remover or nail buffer was used to get previous gel polish off, instead was just torn off with nail clippers...Then the nail dryer kept hitting my toes and resulted in me getting yelled at to relax and stop moving... lol wtf! she then proceeded to talk sh*t about me to her go-workers in another language. It was a horrible experience and costed me a lot of money for a simple pedicure that Im going to have to get fixed tomorrow!

Bad customer service. My grandma left with 4 bloody toes. Been here a couple times because of gift cards and it's been bad every time. Not worth the $.

I never write bad reviews, ever but this place is absolutely TERRIBLE. My daughter got her nails done to the tune of $70. They didn't do what she wanted, so we went back in to get them fixed a few days later. They then charged for a trim and a color change. After they didn't do what she had requested. What's worse is I was trying to explain that to the lady that barely spoke English and once she understood I was trying to explain why we shouldn't have to pay more to fix what they messed up, she started yelling at me, cutting me off and causing a scene in front of the whole salon. I sent my daughter to the car so I could deal with it. After several minutes of her screaming at me in front of everyone, I just gave her the money. She grabbed it and screamed "and don't come back" as I left. I literally thought she was going to chase after me or throw something, she lost her mind. The WORST customer service and business practice I have ever experienced!!! Reporting to BBB.

First. Snowflakes do not have green, 2nd she asked for the same as her sister and it was not even remotely close, 3rd the paint is already coming off (they were done last night) the guy made my daughters feet burn how fast he was trying to go trying to get done. They were offended they didn't get a tip when they also charged my kids a $10.00 debit card fee!!! Gave horrible service and didn't correct anything. Don't go here.

I have been coming to this salon for about 2 years. I have seen them send customers away and learned to call ahead for an appt. Anytime I have ever called they ask what time I want and I tell them then they always ask me if I can come a half an hour later. Every.single.time. I am pretty patient and i typically get a gel polish change and sometimes a pedi. I called them and made an appt for a gel polish change, a pedi and an eyebrow wax. I asked for 1130 she asked me if I could come at 12. I said sure. I got there and they did my pedi and my gel color change. Then she says we are busy right come back in 40 minutes and we will do your eyebrow wax. Wtf? Why would I schedule an appointment for services and then leave and come back when I had an appt for these services. It's ridiculously poor customer service. I had a wedding to attend the next day that is why I scheduled. But even if I hadn't why would you send a paying g customer with an appointment away. I'll pay more for better customer service. They lost a good customer. Is you value your customer service you should go somewhere else.
