  @curtisjoey @ATT Still even wirelessly there is an acceptable threshold speed , if wireless I can get at least 30-40% of what I’ve signed for I would never complain. Bit what I’m getting as speed on all my wireless devices is zoning on 5-10% of my paid speed.

  I have to give credit when credit is due. Was having issues with my account @ATTBusiness and still not fully resolved but they credited my account enough to cover my bill while resolving my problem! That’s true customer service!

  I really hate taking time out of my day to call @Xfinity and @ATTBusiness monthly because of billing issues! Missing @TMobile right now! Their service wasn’t great but their bill was consistent and customer service amazing!

  @ATT has royally screwed up this time. I called in on April 10th move my internet service to a new address. My install date was scheduled for TODAY. I called yesterday after receiving a text regarding the install with the wrong address on it. I spoke with 4 people yesterday.

  Watching @andrewrsorkin talking to @BeckyQuick on @SquawkCNBC and he said did you see 900,000 customers left @DIRECTV @ATT pre-Covid. This is not surprising to a 20 year customer who loved satellite. AT&T chose not to service their customers the way DirecTV did. @BecauseATTSucks

  @ATTHelp Spoke with Apple Support.iPhone 📱 is " like a 1900 operating system unable to function @ all in 2020 ".Cannot restore it w/o Apple Store. Opted to de-activate this phone 📱 & its #. Saving $55/mo. Plan on buying a new iPhone 📱 & adding back a line. Yayyyyyy!!! Problem solved
